A) 有料会員様には、官報に公告されている破産者等の「氏名」「住所」「掲載年月日」「裁判所」等、当サービスが保有している全ての情報を検索して頂けます。また、予めご登録頂きました「氏名」「住所」「市町村名」「町字名」「建物名」「マンション名」「団地名」「法人名」「職業名」等が、日々アップデートされている官報に公告された破産者等の情報と一致した際、ご登録頂いております有料会員様の「メールアドレス」に、当該情報を通知いたします。
また、お問い合わせページより「ご質問」「リクエスト」「ご要望」を頂いた際、非会員様・無料会員様ですと、ご回答するまで２週間から１ヶ月を超えるお時間を頂いているところ、有料会員様は、即日～数営業日を目安にご回答を差し上げております。
ご対応につきましても、非会員様・無料会員様ですと、定められたルールに基づきスタッフが対応を行いますが、有料会員様ですと、責任者が、有料会員様のご要望に即した柔軟なご対応、ご提案をさせて頂いております。
