この「命令」をうけ、政治団体オープンサイエンスは、２０２２年３月２５日に東京地方裁判所に命令の効力停止の仮処分を申立てました。しかしながら２０２２年３月３０日、サイトを停止しても「重大な損害が生じるということはできない」として、申立てを「却下」されました。
