個人情報保護委員会の「命令」により検索・通知機能停止中

政治団体オープンサイエンスは、個人情報保護委員会より、２０２２年３月３０日までに、破産者等の個人データの第三者提供をやめるよう、２０２２年３月２３日に「命令」を受けました。

この「命令」をうけ、政治団体オープンサイエンスは、２０２２年３月２５日に東京地方裁判所に命令の効力停止の仮処分を申立てました。しかしながら２０２２年３月３０日、サイトを停止しても「重大な損害が生じるということはできない」として、申立てを「却下」されました。

政治団体オープンサイエンスは、個人情報保護委員会の行った「命令」に従い「破産者情報通知サービス」での、破産者等の個人データの第三者提供を停止しました。

政治団体オープンサイエンスは、本仮処分とは別に「命令」の取消しを求め、東京地方裁判所に提訴しておりますので、ご報告申し上げます。

    With havin so much content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation?
